Horrible experience with this bank. My mother in law withdrew $600 from her account, and the teller withdrew it from someone else’s account. There is video proof that she went through the drive through and handed the teller her ID. They never once contacted my husband or my mother in law about THE BANK’S mistake. 3 months later when they realized their mistake, they still did not contact anyone on the account and proceeded to withdraw $600 out of the account which has left the account in the negative for months. They have now started to take the money from my husband’s account because he was added to the account to protect his mom from the bank for reasons like this to begin with.
They have not been helpful at all, they have not showed any kind of remorse for a huge mistake that was THEIR fault completely, and they are very hard to deal with. We have given up hope that they will resolve this issue, and we obviously will not bank here any longer. Would leave negative stars if it were an option. Please fix your mistakes so you don’t screw over your clients. Do better.

It's difficult to rate banks, they make loans, they sell mortgages, etc but the key is finding the right bank that’s fits you and where you feel welcomed. You want to be valued as a person and customer rather than the accounts you hold. I feel this way at this bank, always superb customer service, friendly and personally knows me. I’ve never had a bad encounter here, always easy and quick to get a small personal look and if need be without 50 questions of why.
Would highly recommend this friendly bank to anyone.

Not very happy! They added fees to my husbands account because things where pending and he over drafted his account while items was pending. Even when we banked at wells Fargo that never happened to us the way this bank works is stupid. We will be getting a different account somewhere else soon. Plus we got tossed around on the phone to 4 different ppl and the manager was the most rude lady asking if she can speak with him when she was and then asked all of the security question 3 times.

I went in to cash a printed check from an Arvest customer, my photo ID matched the address and name on the check perfectly. I was then told very rudely “I need another form of ID and 5 dollars” I’ve never heard of a bank charging to cash a check as long as one party banks at said bank. And I wasn’t expecting to need a passport to cash a check.

Kira is one of the most helpful and pleasantest person you can have dealing with any of your banking issues at the teller line.
Taking the time to make sure all needs are met with a great attitude.
All our experiences with the whole branch are positive.

At this point I'm trying to remember anything that I've ever felt successful or pleased with at Arvest. This day particularly was annoying, and it just got me thinking I can't remember any thing I've ever felt really good about after dealing with them. I can specifically name 3 major crossroads in my life that Arvest failed me and another financial institution covered without difficulty. There's a 4th minor incident of failure covered by someone else in just absolute minutes last year. Today was was an absolute failure of fraud protection. Don't believe the marketing or salesmanship on fraud protection.
