We've used Focus for various types of loans for years. EVERONE there is always so nice whether taking care of business inside or going thriugh the drive thru. A great group of people.

Fastest service when applying for a car loan or signature loan. Quick to reply back on emails or phone calls. Jeannie P. at the Chickasha branch helped me and was fast and friendly. Love this bank and glad I switched.

Best and fastest vehicle loan experience I've ever had. Excellent customer service too. Chelsea Riddle at the Chickasha branch handled my accounts and did an amazing job! Super fast to respond to emails and phone calls you don't have to wait around for days and hound them to get a response. A+++++

Really tired of the unnecessary $30.00 withdrawal fees. If the bank isn’t paying for what’s coming out, why charge me $30 for not having the exact amount in there I need to cover the bill.? It doesn’t help me. It only hurts. Focus didn’t use to do this. Guess they are under new management. *update** taking the time to only respond to positive reviews is not very professional. Constantly encouraging new members to post a positive review after only a few pleasant encounters is very misleading. Nothing is done for us customers who currently bank with Focus Federal Credit Union and are highly unsatisfied. If I was the bank I’d reach out to some of these negative reviews and find out what the real problem is. It makes no since to have multiple negative reviews referring to the same “management/manager” and no one is looking into it. *currently looking for other banking options, focus federal credit union IS NOT anything like a REAL credit union.
