First Bank & Trust Co, Clinton, OK

I have spent a month trying to get a lien release for a vehicle purchased from a First Bank customer. They didn't post the payoff check for more than 2 weeks after I sent it via FedEx, and then they didn't send the lien release for, according to them, more than another week, and it's a week after they say they sent it. I still haven't gotten it. Now we're risking penalties to register it without that lien on the new title. Absolutely awful, super disorganized, bumped around from person to person, always putting the blame at someone else's feet instead of just helping me resolve the issue.
