InterBank, Clinton, OK

One of the slowest drive thru banks I have ever been to in my life! You will wait atleast 20 minutes! At the minimum! Rather your just cashing or depositing it will take you forever! You can have everything ready to go they still take half your lunch break! This happens every time not just an isolated incident! Then you see the workers at the drive thru just sitting while one does all lanes! Crazy! Unprofessional!

I just closed a real estate deal at this bank last week with someone that had an account there. I went in today needing another document notarized and was informed they could not do so since my bank account is at another bank. Every bank that does loans has a public notary, and usually charges $5 to do so for nonaccount holders there. A PUBLIC notary holds a commission from the State to notarize documents for the public, so I will never bank with this institution (even though to do so would be more convenient since my bank is out of town). Thankful to be a dissatisfied customer without an account here

I have been a member of this bank since 2016. This is an amazing bank with amazing customer service. The Interbank app is also very helpful. Interbank has replicated the safety net of a large bank and a family feeling of a small bank.
