I had a great experience. Elizabeth did everything she could to help me get approved. The manager was also kind. I will recommend this company to anyone! They really care about their customers' needs.

Every time I go in to get a loan out I have no issues with no one that works here. Always friendly. Always have good conversations with the employee or employees there while getting a loan and paying my loan off.

Customer service is great, the company should allow customers to use screen shots of bank account, SSA Pay, Military Pension, Military Disability and any other source of income. Customer should not have to give copies if income is direct deposited to bank account and your company personnel can see it on phone screen. It’s 2023 let’s get with technology and save all those trees you’re printing off. Also you need another person working at this Lawton location, I had to come back next day as your one person is over whelmed and over run by customers daily.
