Robin is the sweetest woman we’ve ever encountered! She’s so helpful and quick getting us in and out. I was stuck on the phone for hours with customer service and went in store where I was met with Robin who had my issues fixed with in minutes. Would give 10 stars if I could for her customer service.

The staff is marvelous And remarkable. Robin goes up and beyond helping all the customers and very friendly and well Knowledgeable. Love you sister in christ.

I had just started my new job and had about 30 minutes in between my next client but I needed to cash my check. I was there for five minutes and she got all of my information set me up direct deposit which I really needed and I made it to work on time. I didn't catch her name but she was very friendly and helped me set up everything in no time! Thank you!!!

Monique was very professional as well as not getting frustrated about not being able to do anything over the phone for that customer without being there present. First time in ACE Cash Express and let me tell you I will recommend this business and will be back. Monique in Lawton, OK was on duty and was the only person on duty at the time I visited. It was during a rush hour. Monique was waiting on several people simultaneously and maintained a professional, light hearted, respectful decorum. Things easily could have gone off track, it was a very hot sweaty day, Monique maintained and made all of our visits very pleasant. I have not seen this type of professionalism in a very long time and it was so very refreshing. Applause to you Monique keep up the great work👏🏼👏🏼
