This place is a huge rip off. I dropped my money order off after hours. An employee was in the office. She picked up my money order, but they still charged me a late fee. Do not get any money from this company. The customer service agents are extremely rude. Go to Legend. Terry at Legend is a professional. I know they are basically the same company, but Legend is more customer service oriented.

Nobody at the place knows how to do their JOB!! Never AGAIN!

I felt like she was theying too bully and tell me lie,s right before giving me a check that at that time I refused. She told me that if I missed a payment there would be people come too my home and take my things. I told her you can't tell people that cause it's illegal, and she told me that she would defalton the loan and make me pay it all. So, I refused the payment.

Being harrassed før me being put down as a REFERENCE! I passed their collection call message øntø my friend, whø was the øne whø tøøk øut the løan. He said he's nøt gønna pay because he was tøld it wøuld help build his credit (they døn't) & started getting threats frøm the first missed payment. He tøld them tø gø ahead & dø whatever they're planning øn døing. Nøw, før whatever reason, they keep harrassing me. They even called me TWICE when my dad had a traumatic fall & a resilting surgery tø have his eye remøved øn 12/22/19! I have their phone number blocked, but they STILL leave messages. Ønly nøw, instead øf saying their company name, it's "This is Rachel. It's in your best interest tø call me back BEFØRE cløse øf business TØDAY." My next call is gøing tø be tø the pølice because I've løst contact with him, have nø business with them, helped pass aløng their message ØNCE & they haven't stopped. I even changed my voicemail message informing them øf this & tø støp calling. I've cøllected 4 MØNTHS øf call løgs & voice messages. This place is ridiculous & I døn't even have an account with them!

I have never had any problems with them and they're very nice

The workers especially Emily whom is supposed to be the Area Manager was very very rude and unprofessional upon first impression. My first time into this store was an horrifying experience!! I didn’t even get a “Thank You” for your service… it was AWFUL!!! Ima pay this off and will NEVER do business with this location!!
