The girls in the office are amazing! They are sweet, very nice, extremely helpful. They are never rude, snotty or mean. They have a smile on their faces when go into the office and a smile in their voices on the phone. The least stressful loan place I've ever dealt with. Natasha is freaking awesome, too!

1 worker in particular was considtently rude when calling every day even after they were notified of when i would be coming in to make my payment. After calling my place of employment, i asked them not to. The very next day, they called again. After explaing for the 3rd time of why i had mot come in to make my payment yet, said worker continued to press the matter and be rude until i finally was rude back.. She then had the audacity to call me unprofessional and proceed to badger me about the payment some more. I said some not friendly words and hung up. The next morning I calked corporate. This place has HORRIBLE customer service, no matter if they r trained to hassle customers for the payment. You are NOT supposed to treat people this way!!!!!

It's there company policy to call all your contacts including your job if your 1 day late. This is insane I would never get a loan there for that fact. They will discuss your balance and everything with your contacts.
