Worst company I ever worked for. I gave them six months at their call center in McAlester, OK back in 2020. I quit along with everyone else. They soon shut the call center down because everyone quit and it was a huge failure. The issue was that no one knew how to run a call center. We never got bonuses like they said we would. Our manager could not manage. She hired young people with terrible work history and tried to be everyone’s friend. No one understood the dialing system. We called the same 50 people everyday when we had thousands of people on the list. I knew it was a bad choice when two people fell asleep during training and didn’t get fired. But yet people in the stores we’re getting laid off left and right. I stayed with the hopes of moving up. I was also desperate for a job. I’m so glad I left. I now work at home as a senior recruiter for a company I absolutely love. Never be afraid of change. No one deserves low wages and a dysfunctional work environment.
