Seems only one person works the entire store, but she's amazing ! No one looks forward to paying bills, but she is always a delight to get to see and talk to on those days! Edit: Thanks for your response! However, please treat your AMAZING (sole?) employee like a Queen. I won't go if she's not there, the name on my receipt is Olivia, and she honestly is running that place and she's THE awesome highlight to my day when I get to stop in and see her (which, as I said: no one likes to pay bills, and I actually enjoy going in (once a month) because she's so awesome!)

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Lexi! She was so friendly, warm, and inviting!! I was having not such a great morning, running into one obstacle after other trying to JUST pay my rent and Lexi was very patience, kind, and understanding! Even offered some solutions since I wasn't able to complete my transaction the first time I arrived....but I came back a few hours later and she remembered me, got me all squared away!!! Definitely going to do more business here!! LOVE the friendly service and CLEAN appearance inside! :) Lexi is AWESOME SAUCE with a side of amazingness! :) thank you!

When I need to cash my checks I will always go to ACE CASH EXPRESS my favorite person at store # 2014 on NW EXPRESSWAY in between ROCKWELL and MACARTHUR is PAULA SMITH she is so nice, quick and attentive, she knows what she is doing. I've been going to ace cash express since. 2015 and I'm telling you now go here if you want efficiency shout out to PAULA SMITHS BOSS! SHE DESERVES A PAY RAISE!!! Shout out to PAULA SMITH! Thankyou for being an employee with ace cause without you there I think I would be pulling my hair out in the waiting line lol!!! You go girl!

Shavona was very helpful! I’ve been to ACE Cash Express.. but I’ve never got this experience before, I love how she treated me and the way she handled the money I needed. I’d recommend anyone to come to this location. Such an amazing experience she needs a raise she even handled the callers the correct way! Way to go! Keep up the good work.

Yes the manager Paula was outstanding with her customer service, willingness to help & listen to the dilemma that I was having which had me in a terrible mood but instantly charged because of her. Definitely will come back again & refer other people
