The Loan Depot, Oklahoma City, OK

My husband and I got a small loan of $160 of which we made one $60 payment back on ...prior to covid and the shelter in place orders exc... we were garnished after some time had passed and we hadn’t paid the rest of our loan back... the only problem... we weren’t served and didn’t get a chance to go to court... when we informed this company of their mistake and offered to submit documentation backing up our claim to being improperly served... they refused to work with us and in fact said they had been awarded a legal garnishment from the judge and they were going to proceed with it.... that is after they admitted to improperly serving us in the first place making this illegal!!!!! Our $100 plus interest ended up costing us nearly $1200.... they continued to garnish after the debt was satisfied as well... we will now be filing our own motion to recover court costs ;wrongly attributed to our loan, along with legal fees, If we seek representation... DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude. Please do not get a loan from this location. I see two positive reviews on here are from employees that worked there.

They are always nice and helpful eveytime I come in, Signature Loans down the road should take pointers from Loan Depot.
