I came into approved cash and they were very busy with a lobby full of people. Kim and Esperanza were very fast and upbeat and greeted every customer by name. By time it was my turn they had cleared their lobby out and both ladies were very eager to help me fill out my application and get me the money I needed. Kim and Esperanza really deserve some kudos for their amazing customer service. If your looking for a loan company this is the place to go.

The manager at the OKC walker location is the most rude person I have ever done business with. I understand that most people who write angry reviews for these places are late...That is the excuse that they give for being rude. This lady has no business saying the things she says. I have witnessed her belittle people as well as talk about customer accounts in front of other customers. I managed a payday loan company for 5 years and never had to talk to customers the way she does. My store was always #1 in collections and #1 in costumer satisfaction.

It was a quick, easy way to cash my check. The young lady up front was sweet and professional and made me feel right at home and welcome. I will be returning here.

The manager Kim here was the biggest help to me while I was in a bind she even walked me to my car it and I’m so thankful for all her help! I was able to keep my lights on!
