If I could give this company and its subsidiaries zero stars I would. Do not do business with these people. They are rude, disrespectful, and they have zero customer service skills. They talk down to like your a pile of dirt under their shoes. The people @ southern loans also treat people the same way! They will don't care how you get them their money even if that means your a broke joke! They don't listen to reason nor to they care to listen to what you have to say! They are extremely forceful and will yell @ you even if your trying to work with them and have communicated a problem! Stay as far away from this loan company as you can!

Lindsey the manager is incompetent of doing her job and training her employees to do theirs as well. Maybe if they had someone better leading them to success, they could give better customer service.

I would not recommend this place at all I did a loan app over the phone and the old lady and young lady lied and was so rude hopefully they don't do anything fraud with my information I'm so mad at myself for even doing it over phone .

This company is great! So easy and quick to get a cash loan on the spot. When you need or want some extra cash, while you have an account there, it's super quick for that too.. I like the staff, always upbeat and smiling, great customer service, thankyou Angie. I needed/wanted a loan to pay on regularly to improve my credit rating, which it has steadily increased to the point where I have great credit😁
