Awful at answering the phone but helpful staff. Would very much try an avoid financing through them and absolutely never willingly choose to bank with them.

Fiancee bought a repo from these guys. Right off the lot had to take to shop to fix a/c. They covered the cost. The next day drove the car out of town and power steering went out. They didn't offer to fix it or nothing. Told her she could either file a warranty claim or just bring it back. She hadn't even drove the thing 6 hours. Very poor customer service at this place. And very very rude people!

I have never had any issues with this bank. I have 4 loans here and I love the way they make everything easy

This bank makes bad loans. They feed off the broke they well take advantage of you. I would recommend RCB way better rates. Stay a way from this bank never will I do business here again. Can't get 2% rates at Cherokee strip they sell your loan to another bank that's why there rates are so high RCB don't do that. STAY AWAY!! GO TO RCB FOR ALL YOUR LOAN THEY MAKE THE PROCESS EASIER AS WELL.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They refuse to work with their customers and try to assist with “unexpected life” situations. EVERY other credit union I have banked with tried, when life hands you a situation that is unexpected, to get back on track. Cindy at this institution clearly does not care and tells you “that’s not my problem”. GREAT customer service! I would urge you to bank elsewhere!

Shawn or shohan who’s is the manger in this facility Is very disrespectful person who hung up the line in my face and didn’t want to help I called at 4:45 and she said I’m done with you I can’t help you we are closed I asked to speak with manger she said she’s the boss and hung up again I was trying to get fax number so I can fax bill of sale Very disappointed been in business for 10 years. Never experienced this kinda customer service -10
