RCB Bank, Ponca City, OK

The very large lady(may be branch manager but she's too rude to ask anything) that sits at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional and had been extremely rude the first time dealing with her and very unfriendly /rude today. This bank is a nightmare. Hard to do anything at this branch but no problems with the main bank. Very friendly and professional at the main bank.

Have had so many issues with this bank and confidentiality. Love the tellers but my personal banker has shared too much information about my account with other people. Very unprofessional.

Went up there to cash my check with my moms signature on my check and her ID she didn't go bc she has recently had surgery on her knee and they said that she has to be in the vehicle literally they could have just got her phone number from her account and verified that I could cash it without her leaving the house never getting a bank account there and she had a very rude tone

Where the tellers may be nice, about three times now they have put my paycheck into someone elses account despite having all my info for my account. So im not sure how they even brought up someone elses account for mine.
