RCB Bank, Ponca City, OK

I have had some good experiences with the staff at 14th and Prospect. However at the Highland location, their ITM somehow lost a deposit in the amount of $550.00 not just mine but all the deposits overnight on 10/01/2020. In the middle of a pandemic they lost 550.00 and luckily a nice lady Cory at the 14th and Prospect branch gave me a provisional credit. But at the highland branch “Debbie” was very rude and said I would just need to wait 30 days until their investigation was done and stated that there wasn’t anything I could do. I requested to speak with the branch President who never returned my call. I recently got to speak with him about another situation about NSF fees that I needed refunded. He said this was not the banks fault that those fees were applied and that he would have to refund everyone’s. Ok, people are watching every penny these days. Go ahead! But I understand, when they lose 550.00 of my money I’m Supposed to be patient and understanding, but when someone just got back to work during a pandemic and they’re just asking for a little bit of help the banks not so patient or understanding now is it. Luckily there’s things like Google and Facebook where you can tell people about your experience. I’m not saying all employees at RCB Bank or that RCB Bank is bad. I’m just saying my experiences at the 14th and Highland location have been horrible customer service is lacking to say the least that location. One month later by the way I’m 11/6/2020 I received a letter in the mail from the bank not apologizing just saying the bank had made an error on my deposit and the funds had been deposited into my account. Thank you it was a month and six days later to be exact.

Lady in the front was rude, but other than her, it was an alright experience.
