Equity Bank, Ponca City, OK

Great bank! May not be 100% locally owned anymore, but they are still operated and supported by local people that I’ve known and trusted for years. Highly recommend and am also enjoying the improved website and apps that banking with Equity has provided.

Worst bank in town. Worst customer service in town. Terrible group of people.

Good bank

Shane Bereman is a bully against women. He has always been nasty towards me. Very unprofessional. The tellers do not have a sense of urgency, to help people with their banking needs. Whatever they are working on is more important than waiting on person in drive in or in lobby. I am looking for a new bank. Love Mary Austin, she is retiring and this bank will not be around next year. Because of people like Shane Bereman who has been promoted to branch manager and has no clue about customer service. And does not know how to talk to customers. Wrong person for the job. Power has gone to his head.
