If there was such a thing of having a negative five star rating, that still would be how poor Erb Kimble does his business. He rented me a place where I had to mow 4 feet of grass and had to clean from the last renters. When I moved out I paint walls and doors, mowed and cleaned. I left that place way better than when I found it, and Erb Kimble didn’t give my deposit back because he said it was dirty. He didn’t give my deposit back because of a “cleaning fee”, which was unfair because it wasn’t true. So if you are making a deal with him just be aware of that going in.

This locally owned business has always been one of my favorite places to stop in. You get a gift on your birthday and they've been known to throw some great customer appreciation day cook outs. The employees have always been so sweet to me. I really enjoy stopping by to say hi.
