I use them for small loans and they are always professional, courteous and attentive to all the details of my business. They also do taxes and other financial services. Try them today if you need a quick loan.

First I would like to say I had never had a problem with them up until now and I don’t feel valued as a customer. I was needing a loan to get into a vehicle because I’m a single mother with 2 kids one being a new born! I don’t have a vehicle and it is making it so hard just to get to work and back! I previously took out a loan with Sun loan NEVER ONCE WAS LATE OR MISSED A PAYMENT AND PAID THEM OFF! I call them up explain my situation and they APPROVE ME over the phone said just bring in your ID and we will take care of ya! And I did this over the phone because again I have no vehicle and depend on other people to get me around! So the next day go in there situation is still the same as I explained over the phone when I was approved so we was talking and then all of a sudden she decided to un approve me I guess because I’ll have a car payment. Which is what I explained over the phone when I was approved! If I didn’t think I could afford it I wouldn’t be wasting my time! How are you just gonna approve someone and then tell them no especially when I’ve been a loyal and paying customer before! Never missed or was late on one single payment! I just don’t feel like they truly care or value their customers! I was so upset and left in tears to be told one thing go through all the hassle of getting there just to be told something else! And I usually don’t even make reviews but this is extremely upsetting and they should treat their customers with good pay history better.

The ladies there are so nice and professional. They’ve been helping me get my credit up for some time now. My credit wouldn’t be where it is without them. Thank y’all so much!

they really go out of their way in the Tahlequah office to help you out. they help with your credit and also in your time of need. love them ladies so much. they are awesome people and caring people too. that's what you need in that type of job right there is understanding and compassion.
