Impossible to speak with someone because they never answer the phone at the store instead you go in a continuous circle by being auto transferred to a customer service number that sends you right Back to the store where no one answers. I've been at this for over 15 mins I will not refinance with you or do business again once I've paid this loan because this is terrible customer service

I would like to nominate Jamie from the 51st street location! She exceeded all of my expectations and made my experience nice and easy and smooth! I would definitely recommend her for any type of customer service rewards regarding service, professional courtesy, or just plain and simple good square business! Definitely made everything nice and easy for me! Way to go and thank you once again!

I called Check n Go (51st St) before I came to the store and spoke to Lisa, she gave me some very vital information and she encouraged me to come on in and give it a try, it took about 15 minutes and was approved for a loan, she was very professional patient and gave excellent customer service, I will always do future business with you all, thank you...!!!

Very helpful! They give me money and I pay them back, it's how loans work people! Don't get a loan and force them to cash your check and over draft the account.....I guess that's just society today, right? Oh wait......I'm ranting, but very good Check 'n Go!
