never allow someone to talk to you like your a dog about your loan agreements if your late BC your waiting for a replacement debit card in the mail these Rita and The manager Shawn were ridiculous after I got the loan I communicated my situation and then to have them talk to me like I was beneath them told me comments such as this is a long time coming and harassing me over a situation I have a police report on shame on their customer appreciation and I would not call that service talking like that to anyone like I was talked to nothing was done when I asked to speak to the manager she told me I was getting short with her well what do you think a smart relic is no one I prefer to do business with great understanding people...

Always been pleasant. If you left a bad review it’s probably cause you welched on your payment and failed to let them know in advance you might be a few days behind.

I got a small loan with them before covid-19. They are unwilling to work with me. They have called me every day three times or more. I talked to them about when I had to have a payment in; they needed it right now or it is going to collections. They stated that if I let it go to collections it would be garnished out of my checks. I don’t believe that is true. I feel like they are pushy and they lie. I’m most upset with the attitude they have, their harassment, and them trying to scare me. I have two other loans with two different companies; those companies treat me like a costumer and security finance does not.

The ladies here are amazing. Have been so helpful since I opened my account. Definitely recommend them any time I can!

Holly was extremely helpful and courteous as were the other ladies working in the office. The entire experience was easy and stress free.

The ladies that work here are so kind and compassionate. Always a pleasure to speak with them over the phone or in person and I will always come back when it’s needed!
