First issue I've had in the several years I've been a customer here. The employees at the other branches passed the buck, neglected responsibility and wouldn't return my calls. (Ashley and Norah at the Cache location in Lawton). Miss Brenda in Weatherford dropped what she was doing and promptly handled my problem (missing funds). She went above and beyond and apologized even though it obviously wasn't her fault! I will be staying with this bank. Mistakes happen and I'm very pleased with Brenda's response and attention.

They don't smile when I walk in and ive been a customer for almost a year. I called today to see if there was a text number for me to check my balance. The guy who answered said there was but could not find the number. He was at least friendly. I did ask if it was the same number I receive my alerts on and he said no. Somehow we got disconnected. I called back and a woman answered. I told her what I was inquiring about. She said there is no text number. She gave me an 866 number to call bc she said its an automated system to get my balance. Well I had mentioned it to my daughter, who is a new customer to bancfirst, and she said there was a text number to check balance. Its the same number I get my alerts on. I'm just wondering why the bank does not know this.

Very Friendly Staff and excellent customer service! It is a little inconvenient to bank 14 miles from my home, but these people make it worth it. They also have Online banking and online bill pay, as well as safety deposit boxes, loans, and probably a lot more services that I am not aware of. I highly recommend this bank!

They now have check deposit at the atm! This is huge for western Oklahoma! This bank has excellent staff and they can take care of anything through the drive thru! I have never had to go inside for anything.

Love this bank... been with them for almost 4years and when we had a problem with a different city bancfirst they fixed the problem.. Granted it took a couple of hours but fixed. Also everyone @ this bank is very nice and helpful in so many ways :)

I applied for a job there and did an interview but I never heard back. Even after calling and checking in. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional of them.

I inquiried about a house loan in the past and ended up going with someone else, but they were kind and helpful! Also opened a checking account recently, and everything went smoothly.
