MidFirst Bank, Weatherford, OK

I opened an account here with the refer a friend deal. It just says on the sign refer a friend and they get $100 and you get $50. Well when opening the account they added to me that in order to get the money I need to use my debit card 10 times in 60 days. So I did that but still no money. So I called them and it turns out that after 60 days of the account being open they then look at the account review to see if the card was used 10 times then within 30 day I’ll have the money. If they had explained to me that it takes 3 months to earn the money I would never have even opened the account. Shady is what they are. Horrible lying by omission is still lying.

I hate this bank with a passion. Everything about it. The fees are ridiculous, the tellers are rude, you try to get any kind of help and they treat you like you are just dumb. If your balance is low, they won’t let you cash your check, they want you to deposit it and then come back the next day to pull money out or to use the atm. Switched banks and never looked back.

Good bank, nice people, 100% by the book, dont operate fast and loose so if you want a quality bank with no shenanigans go here. Been a customer for years and love the personal service..

Weatherford Branch is the worst bank I have ever in my life used. I just set in the drive through for 20 min to make a simple check deposit. I DO NOT recommend this bank to anyone looking.

Horrible bank!!! I recommend NOT going here for your banking needs. Holds nonstop. When the checking account was first opened they put a 16 day hold on funds. 16! SMH. My husband deposited his first check and they claimed it would be available today (one week mind you) but guess what? IT'S STILL NOT AVAILABLE!!!! I don't know how they even do business with anyone. Thank the lord that we didn't need it, but still! We found a much better bank in Weatherford. Look around more first!
