Worst bank ever. Would not recommend. I personally will be closing my account and moving elsewhere.

Not very knowledgeable concerning trusts. Asked for power of attorney for someone who isdeceased.

Pretty decent bank. They have ridiculously high charges for overdrafts, but you should be okay if you keep your account in order.

Your money is safer under your mattress. They are behind with the times, good luck talking to anyone also.

Service, hours, online banking, everything Is horrible. Not hard to find a better bank.

Would give zero stars if I could. I was relying on the online balance and activity statement to try to use the remainder of funds before closing my account at this bank. Big mistake… it doesn’t update frequently and I got overdrawn. I sent an authorized contact to zero out the account (because I live to far away from a physical location) so it would close… they mislead her into thinking that she had deposited enough (wouldn’t tell her the exact amount but also told her enough to make her think she put enough in.) Then proceeded to continue charging 5 dollars a day in overdraft fees.
