Southwest National Bank, Weatherford, OK

Today I found out I have a dormant account here. It's been several years since I've lived in Oklahoma, and was looking for a solution to get what's left in the account out of there and close it. Keep in mind it's only $2, but it's still my $2. The bank refused to mail me a cashier's check because mail is to expensive. The manager told me they couldn't send a form to change my address. She also told me that I would just have to trust her that my account was closed, and that I didn't have to do anything, or sign any documents. She explained to me that she would just charge me fees until my account was zero and then close it. I get that I am a small customer, and that $2 is almost nothing, but a lot of people only have $2 in their accounts. If this is how you treat your small customers why would anyone want to put big money with you. Steer clear of this establishment, and go with someone who can do customer service in a reasonable way.

Great bank with staff that is unmatched. The tellers know my whole family by name. They finally have online banking that works. (A few exceptions, online bill pay and Apple Pay aren't available yet). Rates and bank officers are excellent. Thank you.

We do most of our business banking through Southwest National Bank. The tellers are courteous, the loan officers are great, and they offer us exceptional service. Wycoff has been our family banker for over 20 years!

Jr Dickey is shady man who will try to walk over people with loans. Wish his dad could see what he's doing to his legacy.
