My experience with capital pawn was MAGNIFICENT. I can’t stress enough how lovely the staff was and how extensive their stock is. If you can imagine something, it’s likely sold here; the staff goes out of their way to make you feel like family. They even have the MOST convenient option of layaway! I adore my ring (that was suggested to me) and look forward to buying more pieces from them in the future!!

Came into the store to just look around, but after Ashley Dawn helped me out at the jewelry counter I found three silver bracelets and a silver chain that I loved. She was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! Everyone else in the shop was very kind and personable. I’ll be back for sure!

These guys are great. Very friendly, open to chatting with new faces, like mine, no different than if you’d have known them for awhile. The store is clean and well organized, even with the limited space, their aisles are setup for ease of viewing without clutter. They’re very fair on their prices, both selling and buying, so no reason to look elsewhere first. For a pawnshop, this will be my go to moving forward. Well done, guys. Thanks so much!

Absolutely the best pawn shop, they have the best customer service they really do go above and beyond. And they have the best selection of items. If you’re looking for something or just want something this is the place. Serenity and Finn were amazing. They are all amazing but five stars for them.
