Umpqua Bank, Albany, OR

A few of the ladies working are very kind but the others have that smug I hate my life and your why attitude. I used the app to deposit my check on the weekend and I’ve been told to wait until Wednesday they refuse to let me cancel my online deposit or to place a small amount into my account. There has also been multiple times they have canceled my card for me to call back and get a hour wait time or not hear the menu and just be picked up and hung up on. Idrk what’s going on all i know is I’m finding a new bank lol.

I have been with the same branch for years until I moved to albany. First I lived in Jefferson and the people at that branch are awesome! Moved into Albany and work in Corvallis so I go to both branches they are all amazing. They all know how to hire quality associates. I want to give a shout out to the Klamath Falls branches they were amazing when they took over for Sterling bank the transition was great never a rude teller or employee. I miss them all they were solid friends of mine. Keep up the good work Umpqua!

I loved this bank!! I have gone to them for years now ever since I first started my first job back when I was 15. We just recently closed our account though due to being charged for a free account. I was very sad to receive a letter in the mail saying our account was over drawn, because of this new monthly fee. I ALWAYS enjoyed the ladies working here and they're AMAZING personalities! It'll always bring a smile to your face and if you're in there enough they'll always remember your name! You can't beat the goodies on Fridays their ALWAYS the best! They also do different things throughout the year to help the community which is also amazing! If your downtown a lot and don't mind dealing with the monthly fee this place is actually a GREAT little drive through/ go inside bank!

Your Jefferson Manager could learn from the tellers on how to provide welcoming friendly compassionate customer service! Especially since we are all going through the same stressful situation! A smile and compassion goes along way!

They canceled my card because it got compromised in Corvallis but neglected to call me. It even said in their computer that they were supposed to call me but didn't. I called them later that day and they said they ordered my card. So I have to wait 7-10 business days for my card which is fine and normal. I come in to the bank a week and a half later to get some cash (7 business days) and they tell me THEY FORGOT TO ORDER MY CARD!!!! Like seriously?? How do you screw up that bad?! Worst experience ever. Hopefully I don't need to get anything online anytime soon. DON'T JOIN THIS BANK!!! 👎🏻
