I didn’t think so at first but These people REALLY work with someone if they’re in default…….there’s one employee named Angela who’s the most helpful, and good at her job…she’s gone out of her way to help me with arrangements to get my account in good standing after I fell way behind on my repayment……She’s soooo kind and understanding and helped me out A LOT! She has a huge heart and cares about the job she’s doing and the people she’s helping.I don’t know if she’s the manager….if she isn’t she should be, or at least deserves a promotion of some kind!
