Jessica the manager is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way and tried different things to make sure I could cash my check. I highly recommend this place and Jessica. I will return for future check cashing needs.

I came in today and the wonderful lady Angela had amazing customer service and was very helpful when helping me. I will definitely be back to receive service from her! I would recommend going in and seeing Angela if you need help getting a loan!

For 2 years I've been cashing my pension checks at the albany oregon ace cash exspress and it's been great until this time I go in and the new I guess manager charges me twice what I've been getting charged and I'm unhappy to say the least to be lectured by that woman, I don't know her name, but it's none of my business I don't think why Jessica was fired and I found her to be rude, repetitive and think they should rethink her hiring. She told me I'd been getting charged this much for the past 10 times and that's just not true and showed her my last receipt, still she way overcharged me. I'm done doing business there

Hello, everyone. I highly recommend this place. Lucy Blanco is the sweetest and nice person. I’ve never seen someone that love her job so much. Lucy works so fast and treats every client so nice. I like the way she decorates the store for every holiday. Thank you for your good service

Lucy was AMAZING. She helped me cash a check from a settlement with Amazon that everywhere else was having a hard time with. She went the extra mile to call her boss when she was worried she may not be able to do it, and her boss was respectful and helpful as well. I will definitely be coming back here for check cashing!

She Had plenty of patience with me, I had lost my previous card she helped me get a new one, it was challenging but she helped make sure I was able to use my card before I left the store! Which I was so grateful for! I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone! Thanks again!
