OneMain Financial, Albany, OR

I got a loan here and only got a fraction of what I was approved for. I was told if I needed more money up to what I was approved for that I could come in and ask for it. I was under the impression that it was just that easy. I go in there and im told they have to run another credit check and im turned down this time. Wish they would be more up front and honest with what they offer.

I've worked with the Albany, Oregon branch of One Main Financial before and it ran smoothly all the way through the duration of the loan. I'm now with them for a second loan and again, no issues at all. They are a very kind, caring, and helpful team.

The lenders at one main financial were respectful to my husband and I. We felt comfortable the whole time and didn’t feel judged for needing a little extra cash and/or our credit history. The staff was knowledgeable and offered a variety of products to us without being pushy. I would recommend anyone who has a history of fair to bad credit go here for all of your loan needs. Even the staff that wasn’t working with us checked in on us and made friendly conversation making sure we felt comfortable in their office.

Gilbert and Maria were both very professional, prompt, helpful and informative all while helping me with my loan quickly on short notice. Will be recommending One Main Financial in Albany to anyone who needs a loan and wishes for a great experience.

Do not recommend. They build their business on screwing people when people need help. They want a vehicle or something as collateral even on a small loan and still charge 85% interest and fees. Absolutely ridiculous.
