Jena Ross did a septic loan for me, and told me that if my situation changed I could simply modify my loan to a lower interest one. My situation did change and Craft 3 refused to do anything, other than tell me to get another loan, elsewhere. So thanks to them I am paying a ton of interest each month because I was lied to.
