We worked with Sean Dunn after being recommended by a friend, and I would definitely recommend him to everyone in the future! He was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to us, helped us to understand different processes and options, and was very prompt in giving us specific estimates for different homes. He was also upfront about all the associated costs so we had no surprises, and was quick to respond at all times, even on weekends. The seller had a lot of additional questions, and Sean was patient and worked with him as well. This is our first time buying a home, and he made everything really clear so it didn't feel so confusing and overwhelming. We would definitely work with him again, and our realtor said she would be recommending him to clients in the future as well. Highly recommend!

Randy Vance and “Team Vance” at Directors Mortgage in Bend OR are by far the best I have had the privilege to work with while purchasing a home. I have purchased three homes but the fourth through Team Vance was the smoothest and quickest in every sense of the word. During the entire process Team Vance kept me up to date and explain to me what would be required next. Randy and his team know their business and answered all my real estate questions without hesitation and in a manner that I could totally understand. Signing documents was done electronically and was very easy, saved me time driving back and forth to his office in the snow. With the lower interest rates, there was “NO Question” who I would return to and happily went back to Randy and his team. I highly recommended Randy and his team for any home loan or refinance!
