I have always had a great experience with this location. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful. Chandler did a amazing job with opening my account and helping me with getting a credit card. My Mom passed away & I her trustee for the estate. I was very impressed with Chandler Tompkins for her wonderful experience making my HELOC easy & having it approved with the executives. I love this credit union & never had a problem as a member. Chandler is an assist to this Credit Union. Thank you Chandler for making an uncomfortable situation into a pleasure! You are the BEST!

Chandler was incredibly helpful and informative. She was able to offer options we were unaware of and were much better for us financially. She was very easy to work with and made the entire process of getting our loan smooth and worry free.

Great experience working with Chandler on the banking transaction I needed. The process was very smooth and every effort was made to make it convenient for me. Very happy with the results I have had over the years working with Mid Oregon.

My husband and I have been members of Mid-Oregon Federal Credit Union for many years. We recently worked with Chandler Tompkins regarding our HELOC. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a delight to work with. She was professional, friendly and very respectful and kind at all times. I highly recommend both Chandler and MOFCU.

A few weeks back they flagged my account for potential fraud due to a remote check deposit. I went into one of the branch locations to pick up a new debit card; which they wouldn’t issue to me, despite being instructed to do this, because the fraud department was going through their “investigation“ after I very clearly explained the situation to a woman in said department. I was told I’d be contacted same day. I wasn’t, and I haven’t heard a single word since. As unprofessional as it gets.

I have been a member at MOCU for at least 30 years and have had several loans with them during that time period. Recently, I worked w/ Chandler T. on two individual car loans. If it was possible to give her 10 stars I definitely would!! Her responsiveness and professionalism was simply amazing. She did an outstanding job representing the CU. I just can't say enough great things about my experience working with her. MOCU has a top tier employee w/ Chandler!! KUDOs to her and whoever hired her.
