Matt was unresponsive and unaccountable for the mistakes he made while processing my mortgage. He repeatedly put off my important questions and put them on the underwriter. In the end I had no choice but to finish the deal or I'd have lost a great deal of nonrefundable earnest money based on the contract. At an interest rate MUCH higher. Of course, there wasn't time to fix the problem before closing, 2 weeks later I was able to resolve the issue with my credit and BOOM...my score was once again well above the score Matt had given me. His inaction lead to me being stuck with a mortgage rate MUCH higher than I should have been paying. I took the issue to upper management and they did next to nothing to help. I will never do another mortgage with this company, especially not Mr. Martino. With many option out there, go somewhere else and get the attention to deserve when making big financial decisions.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Matt Martino. We explained what we wanted and what we worried about and Matt in one appointment gave us options and came up with a game plan. We were able to purchase our first home with all sides getting what they wanted from the deal. He was very attentive and really cared for our situation. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
