Carl was ultimately the one who walked my husband and I through the possibility of relocating to Bend back in 2019 and has been there anytime we've had any lending questions - or real estate in general. Carl was amazing to work with for the purchase of our new home. He worked tirelessly to get us approved, to get us great rates, and – since we were working on a very short timeline – he somehow got us into our home weeks before we expected. We honestly don't know how he did it, but we couldn't be more grateful for all of the work he did for us. During an extremely busy time of year for him, he had the ability to make us feel like we were his #1 clients. Plus, he's a super cool dude and was great to get to know, and made us feel very welcome in our new hometown.

Fantastic - Disclosure, I knew Carl before but I was more than just business with a friend. I missed him a few times and was in a rush so contacted a few banks and direct lenders. They had the best rates by quite a bit but the biggest difference was the expertise. He knew exactly how to handle our unusual loan application and was able to get lenders to back down from difficult requests several times. I'd recommend them for a loan without hesitation. Nobody was anywhere near as polished (or up front).
