I had handmade sterling silver Native American and other preciousl metals. They are rude and dishonest. . I went to the Central Point Pawn shop down the street. They were honest and respectful. .

Worst pawn I've been to. Their picky on what they take and super low ball you. Also went in on a Wednesday said they take snowboarding and boots. Came in that Friday with snowboard and boots. They said we're not taking any right now. Place is a joke.

Horrible place to sell or pawn your old items the give you the least amount of money for things that are still new or barely used they will give you the lowest amount of cash that the can horrible place and business, dumb employees and rude managers.

Used them plenty of times for electronice. When my Xbox 1 my son bought for me failed to read the disks. I walked in and spoke with Austin. He quickly got another Xbox 1, and exchanged it. It was a Fathers day gift from my boy, and we had the best time with it. Bought alot of gifts from there also, never treated badly.

These people there had no management and were unwilling to even walk 200ft to help a customer with some information. Worst egos I have ever seen at a pawn shop someone should put their employees through customer service school at very novice who do they think they are ..horrible energy

Good gaming selection. Helpful, friendly staff. Very decent prices and willing to negotiate. May come back for the ps5 they have in the glass case!
