Very disappointed in the online open checking account tried to open an account this morning online paid the 25 to be deposited and was told a customer service representative would contact when that didnt happen i called and this is what i was told that there was no account number generated when i made my payment and so id have to dispute the transaction with my other card company ..... Hello I live from check to check I have 0 time to battle with anyone over a transaction let alone dispute the charge with a new account makes me not want to go with this company especially since This is my first transaction ever with this company!!!!

Worst bank ever. Terrible customer service. They steal you money. They also say if that if they deem the check " to big " it means they don't have to give you your money even with all your ID s.

The people at this branch are sooo nice 😊 and helpful..I have called several times with something I need help with and they are always very helpful and kind. My favorite bank..if I have something to do in person or if need help over phone this is my go to bank. Appreciate their helpfulness very much …
