Here's what I need from a bank: Available tellers, convenient web portal. It's also nice if the people actually seem like they enjoy working there. Key does all these things well.

I’ve joined this bank recently I was told 8-10 days before I get a debit card in the mail and here I am a month almost month and a half out from opening my account and I still have to go the the branch to get money because they were quick with the direct deposit just not sending me my card how convenient
