Love Jessica in the Eugene Office. Always so polite and professional and she actually listens to you. This is my first time using Cashco and i will use them again if the need arises. The only down side is that the Interest Rate is a bit high (i have a good credit score) but sometimes you have to pay a higher rate to get the help you need when you need it. I appreciate all the effort and professionalism i get when i call them. Thank you Cashco for being there when i needed help.

I've been a customer of Cashco for many years. I've NEVER had a bad experience there. Cashco has been a financial life saver for me numerous times. The customer service in the Eugene office is top notch! They are exceptionally prompt when responding to my questions or financial needs. I've always felt like I mattered. Rachael, Kate, Jessica and Hazel are amazing. You rock ladies!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Their website is extremely misleading. They advertise that they don't pull/go by your credit score, making you believe it's geared for those good people falling on hard times that need a little help however, they just denied someone due to "disqualifying credit report". Don't be fooled. They indeed pull your credit report and use it.

They took over 24 hours to make a decision on a $500 loan. That is ridiculous.
