Mandi was amazing. I am however very unsatisfied with the fact that they didn’t have enough cash to fully cash my check. On top of that I specifically said I wanted any remainder to be put onto my chime card. Instead without making sure I was okay with it she opened me a flare account. At first I didn’t mind because I was told I would get immediate access to MY money. It’s now been 3 almost 4 days, I have verified my identity multiple times with them even speaking with the risk management division and I still cannot access even 1 penny of MY money. I needed my money that day specifically. I’ve now been issued multiple late fees on bills, almost received an eviction for lack of payment of rent, and couldn’t buy the car I needed to for my daughter and I to get home. The car has sold in these past few days so now I’m completely screwed, and still have NO access to my own money. I will never use their services again and I will highly discourage everyone from getting this card. I wanted my money into my already established account for a reason. Not put into an account that wants to charge me a monthly fee and then still won’t even let me access my own money. So thanks for nothing. It would have been a 0 star review but Mandi at the counter was wonderful! I understand there had been a holiday so some money deliveries were late, but that doesn’t excuse their flare account not letting me use my own money. Don’t get the flare account card!!!

I never write reviews but the staff here go above and beyond! My bf had just started at a new company that does not do direct deposit and we were in a time crunch to pay rent and they were great to us. I don’t remember her name because I can’t find the card, but all she asked is that next time we come in that my bf smiles because they’re here to help. This is our go to place now and I look forward to seeing these sweet ladies. Highly recommend them!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Mandi! Every interaction I have with her, whether it be over the phone or in person, is been beyond phenomenal! She is always so genuine eager and willing to help everyone she comes in contact with, all while being able to put a smile on their face! She’s a rock star of a representative and her customer service is out of this world. Thank you for your light!

Mandi was so helpful, professional and nice. I had never used this place before and it was an easy comfortable process. Amazing Staff! I never felt judged or looked down on for needing help to get through between paydays.

The staff at Ace Cash Express are phenomenal!!! I have been using their services for about 30 years. They all go above and beyond to help their customers however they can!!! I have had to get a cash advance every so often and Karen has helped me the past few times. She has always made every interaction quick and easy.
