I came in here thinking it was a hard process to get approved, but they were able to get me the funds I needed without any hassle. The way my poor credit loan was handled was impressive. I am so grateful for Chris and the employees at United Finance. They go above and beyond. Chris worked with me and explained everything I needed to know in detail and in a very professional manner. There was nothing he couldn’t get me to understand. You guys are amazing and so are your c-workers! I would recommend anyone this company in a heartbeat!

This company does high interest loans for rebuilding or starting your credit. They are very upfront about what they do, they do NOT hide things, they explain in black and white exactly what you are getting up front. With my experience in working with Chris he will do his due diligence to ensure customer satisfaction prior to application, during loan signing, and during the course of servicing your loan! This company has a purpose and operates well within the regulatory laws put in place. If you need to rebuild, start, or just quick money GO TALK TO CHRIS!!!

United finance is by far the EASIEST lender we have to deal with and the ONLY lender I would use for my family’s purchases as well. Kayla the office manager is absolutely amazing!! If you are a dealer looking for a new finance company to add to your roster this one never disappoints. I have yet to hear a single complaint from any customers we have sent there. United finance and Kayla will always get 5 stars!

Kayla, Rina & Jacque in the Eugene office are the absolute best! When a rep in the Gresham office misquoted the amount I owed I ended up being short by like $3 and Gresham was hard up for that $3 let me tell ya lol! I was down in the Eugene area for some work and decided to just take care of it cause I was sick of the calls for $3. They couldn’t process my card at the time I came in but we found a solution that would have my account reporting negatively. Talk about great customer service!! Thank you Kayla and the gals at the Eugene office helping a guy out!

Have been with United Finance Eugene office for going on 3 years now. What a wonderful experience with these folks. Even through all the office changes.
