Corey, FCCU Bank Manager at Florence Branch returned my call from earlier in the day. Even though they were short staffed on Friday, Cory reached out to me close to closing to answer my questions. What great customer service!

Kirsten always makes my trip there quick and easy. She's always patient and kind to me even when they get busy and is super helpful anytime I had any questions. Have banked with other banks before but this one is my favorite!

We were hacked severely, having moved just moved to Newport we drove to Florence and Corey helped us so much. There were only two people working but they helped us so much by going above what we expected. They were wonderful so don’t let Corey get away.

First day open account one of the young ladies working the counter was rude, more recently I deposited a fairly big personal check from another bank they told me there's a 5-day hold so I drove to Eugene to get the money that I needed that I couldn't get in Florence from first community and I was told the funds were released within 24 hours of me writing the check. It's since I just moved to the Florence area and I'm a relatively new customer they want me to wait the whole 5 days, they seem to have poor customer service. The highest interest First Community pays on savings accounts where you're not locked up for time is 1.% First Tech Federal Credit Union in Eugene pays 2.25% and you can access your money at any time. I deposited my check last Thursday and it's still going to be locked through Friday. So I drove to First Tech in Eugene got cash and i bought the vehicle I was trying to buy with no help from First Community which disappointed me greatly.

Have used a few other credit unions, and first community has been the best! Kirsten is always friendly and knowledgeable.

First Community Credit Union has always been great to work with. They did the processing of our home equity loan in a professional manner. I have never been disappointed with their service, and highly recommend them.

I've banked here for 2 years now and they are very helpful and friendly. This is the first bank I've ever had and have never had any issues. I'm happy to have chosen them as my first bank.

Jennifer at the Florence office went above and beyond to help me square away my accounts. Very nice and very helpful. Pleasant and courteous. Only place I'll ever bank!
