WaFd Bank, Florence, OR

All of my WaFd bank experiences have been great! everybody is so nice and helpful! Megan was such a big help and very friendly and patient, definitely recommend!

OMG Washington Federal is a full service bank!! They are easy to find, right there in the Safeway gas station parking lot. The CD rates are higher than I've seen any where else, and they have a checking account that comes with Identity Theft Protection!! Go have a cookie and coffee and check them out. EDIT well here we are a year and a half later the bank has gone to heck in a hand basket. They shut their lobby for covid-19 and never reopened, everyone quit and went to a different bank, and all of the personal service ended. It was the people and the personal service that kept me there. I closed all of my accounts and they didn't even ask why.

WaFd Florence is a joy to bank with; the employees are very friendly, I have never felt stupid for asking them questions and they make an effort to know their clients by name. WaFd is a competent bank: they consistently provide a secure banking service with many options and account types to satisfy their client's financial needs.

Employees at the bank are all lovely and there is good customer service there. However, I had major trouble trying to transfer money and their mobile app would not work. These two features are very important so I had to change banks.

The people at the Florence WaFd bank are the friendliest I have ever met! They know me by name I’m not some big business owner, I’m just a local with a checking account. I love the banking at WaFd.
