Vicki is a marvel and always handles our banking needs with efficiency and respect. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I always feel at home and not at some big, insensitive and cold banking institution. We always highly recommend First Community Credit Union to friends and family.

I have had two issues with this bank sending my new card after it expires. First time was when it was before my wedding. I went into the building to change my address and then when my old card was going to expire they sent it to the other address. I needed my card for wedding essentials. I couldn't get my card till after my wedding....This time around its before holidays I had to change my address again because i moved and i changed it right after we moved into the new house to make sure the past didnt repeat itself...and so now you know it did. Its ridiculous how unorganized they are for not saving my address not once but twice! Two different times!. Don't bank with them! Im planning on leaving them.

I have always found this branch very helpful! Every time I have needed a loan or any information they have been so quick to get me going and the process as easy as it can be. Highly recommend them! Ask for Emily, she is great!!

Should not hire rude arrogant young males. Will not do business with you guys anymore. Seems to be an on going issue. Pulled my money out and will never go back.

I have always had an incredible banking experience with this bank, particularly with this branch. I did my vehicle loan through them and got the best interest rate in town. I had an out-of-State purchase and it was a little nerve wracking. Emily got on the phone and asked the dealer specific questions that helped me feel secure in purchasing the vehicle. This entire branch is friendly, helpful, and feels like family. I highly recommend First Community! If you have any concerns, Emily is your person!

I’ve ALWAYS had the best customer service here at the Savage branch. So much so, that I continue to bank with them now that I live in Montana. You can’t walk in there without one or more employees greeting you. Any loan questions, Vicki is on it and the availability of the branch manager Emily, is exceptional!!! Keep up the GREAT work everyone.
