Closed my account without notification and stolen money. At least cancer eventually dies off...but these scum keep on going. I was a member here since the 90s and this is how they treat their customers.

Bad customer service. I could never reach Shelly P. She was always "busy" with another customer. My calls would always get sent to voice-mail. Took a longer than expected to get a card. At this point I've scheduled to open an account with a different bank service. I had issues with first community before and all I get is an apology and not actual results . I'll get "sorry for the inconvenience "but no actual work processed. Follow up : no a call won't be necessary. I've been a member since 2017 and I've been through this back and forth before. Not much has changed in regards to your customer service.

Management is so rude to members. If I use my card anywhere besides walmart and shell they lock my debit card for "suspicious activity" and then I have to call 3 different numbers to get it unlocked. They set a limit on how much money I can spend per day on my debit card and pull out of the atm, change the limit randomly without my consent and when I call to figure out what is going on the manager is super rude the whole time and will cut me off mid sentence and hang up on me in the middle of my sentence when I'm explaining why I spent MY money at am pm. I frequently get locked out of the mobile app and when I call to fix it, the manager tells me I'm irresponsible and it's my fault and will literally make fun of me over the phone. And when I report to corporate, they say that my account says I'm a "problem member" NEVER get an account with them, worst bank.

Where do I start! I have been a member of First Community Credit Union for several years now. Although I have the option of using both branches, my go to branch is the Harbeck location. Whether it's been for car loans, a home equity line of credit, or opening several checking and savings accounts for myself and my family members, EVERY experience that I have had with them has been a positive one! From the moment you step inside the lobby and make your way towards the tellers, you are greeted with a "welcome in" along with genuine smiles from each of the tellers. They are all quite adept at what they do. I have multiple accounts and they never get flustered or make me feel like I'm bothering them with my questions. They are more than happy to do what is asked, and every transaction ends with an even warmer smile and a thank you. Brittany, Brandon, and the other loan officers are experts in handling any type of question or need that you may have. I know that the branch is under new management recently, and you can just tell by the overall vibe of the branch that the employees enjoy working there and really love what they do. I've been to a lot of different banks since arriving in GP back in 1999, and I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else. Thank you!

The Harbeak branch is the best!! Only one we like to go to as they're always quick to assist, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. If by some slight chance you do stump them with a question, you won't leave without the information you need!

I Love the Harbeck branch of First Community Credit Union. Banker Brittany Kantola has helped myself and my family with our banking needs a number of times. She is always cheerful and very patient! I would go to Brittany any time I need banking advice! You Rock Brittany!
