Lauren at Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union is a loan officer extraordinaire! I know that might sound a little over the top, but that’s because she is just that. She is over the top with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I’m new to this area and to this credit union and was initially drawn to it because of great auto loan rates. After refinancing a couple of vehicles and recently using them for a credit line, I’ve just been so impressed with how simple they all make the process. Timely responses, clear instructions, and just such warm and friendly service every step of the way. In a world of endless hold times, automated responses and online only interactions, to work with a bank that still values personal attention to their customer is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Lauren and the PCFCU Klamath Falls team!

I really like this credit union! The lending department is phenomenal! Lauren in the lending department was so friendly, kind, understanding, and patient. I believe she is the one who helped us set up our original loan and 2 years later, I called to refinance and she was amazing again!
