Great bank and always very cheerful and happy!! Even with new tellers coming in the atmosphere is always good. Training a new employee is not the easiest at times and we all have to learn to give them time as they will speed up as they learn. Great job though!!

The new checker Jamie is the worse. She is so slow with every transaction. She asks way too many questions and draws out every transaction with so many errors when every other teller is amazing she really brings this branch down.

Yochanna is a wonderful, helpful and diligent staff member of WaFd. Always has a huge smile on her face. I always prefer to wait a little extra so she can help me, that is not to say that all staff members are that way. I just like to have her help me when I need. Lorna Rigdon
