ATM down, and counter insists on chatting my ATM transaction as a cash advance and charge me when their ATMs are MoneyPass network ATMs. If your equipment worked it wouldn't even be an issue, and then a CSR fail. Teller wasn't even sure how to do his job.
Save yourself and get local customer service at a Credit Union.
