When we moved into the area we immediately opened our account in Madras. From day one we have experienced nothing but excellent service from the employees at Mid Oregon. From the front tellers, to loan officers and beyond to the Redmond office. Even the phone contacts were always pleasant. We have since had to move away but we keep our account there so we have to go and say hi to them when we are visiting.

Teri was really helpful with our HELOC. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped with filling out the forms. It was a pleasure working with her, and we would happily work with her again.

Customer Service at Mid Oregon Bank, specifically at the Madras Branch, is exceptional in every way. From the initial polite greeting by the general phone operator, "L" to the outstanding service of their loan officer, Teri Drew, and including the flexible (name unknown) primary lending officer. I never felt like just a number (FICO, FICO, FICO elsewhere) and they patiently listened while I underlined specific, unique funding options and my personal circumstances. Oh, if only banks and other cold institutions understood the importance of treating and helping real people like this amazing Credit Union. They were able to recognize a responsible person that lives by a code and has always paid back debts. MS. Drew was especially helpful in a human approach that seems rare for employees that deal with numbers all day. She truly recognized a valuable customer vs a cold risk analysis and has won my loyalty to this institution for a very long time. What a fantastic bank. Love the ladies here. Stop going to the dealerships when you only have to walk in and see Terry. My credit isn't perfect Or good but fair lol I have a job and she got me a pre-approval right away . What it's hurt to find out.if your looking for a car and like me think you can't go see Terry.
