Other lenders kept holding back info or using shady sales tactics. Caliber was up-front with everything and kept sending estimates for whatever we asked and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to any first time home buyer.

My loan consultant was exceptional, but service with Caliber has been mediocre at best. Always trying to sell something, very slow to remove PMI as requested, recasting was not a simple process, etc.
